ChargeMailer Instructions

Step 1: Plug the ChargeMailer side labeled "Wall" into a USB Type-C wall adapter.

Step 2: Press the Setup button on ChargeMailer. The LED light will turn on, indicating that the Wi-Fi portal is active.

Step 3: On your phone, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and select the ChargeMailer_Setup network. This process is the same for both Android and iPhone devices.

Step 4: Once your phone connects to the ChargeMailer_Setup network, click on it again to access the setup portal. If a popup appears prompting you to sign in, click on it to proceed.

Step 5: Click on Configure WiFi to proceed with the setup.

Step 6: Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the Wi-Fi password.

Step 7: If needed, select a different language. The language will update after Wi-Fi is connected and the system downloads an automatic internet update.

Step 7a: Enter a unique name for the charger, such as your childs name. Avoid using apostrophes due to HTML limitations.

Step 7b: If you're using a wireless charging station, check Use Wireless Charger. This is important for detecting when the phone is placed on the charger.

Step 7c: Enter one or two recipient email addresses where the charging notifications will be sent.

Step 7d: The Special Commands section is for advanced users and specific configurations.

Step 7e: Click Save and Exit. The red light should turn off. If everything is set up correctly, the red light will remain off, without blinking any error codes.

Step 8: Connect the phone to a USB-C cable or place it on the wireless charger (if applicable). ChargeMailer is now ready to monitor the phone’s charging and send email notifications.
